DENVER, Dec. 08, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Colorado Harvest Company, a vertically integrated cannabis business with three dispensaries, hired Laurie Bosch as director of retail sales to strengthen its national brand by creating exciting and differentiated shopping experiences for cannabis enthusiasts in Colorado.
Bosch, with 25 years of experience in retail management, has planned and executed marketing strategies to drive growth and customer loyalty for top multi-unit brands in numerous diverse markets from Philadelphia to Arizona. Most recently, she was district director for 16 Eddie Bauer stores in Colorado and New Mexico where she led 60 managers and more than 200 employees. She was the Denver district manager for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., with management responsibility for 11 stores with more than 300 employees in three markets with annual sales exceeding $34 million. She held several management positions with J. Crew, where she successfully opened seven stores in Colorado, Texas, Nevada, and Oklahoma.

In her first few weeks, Bosch focused on talent on the front lines creating a memorable retail shopping experience and hired several new managers and budtenders. She rearranged the traffic flow of each store to include a welcoming entry, an organized product display, and to highlight a “super clean presentation” of a minimum of 20 strains of fresh cannabis flower that changes with weekly harvests.
