Cannabis Prices Decline in Colorado and Washington

Each week, New Leaf Data Services publishes a weekly assessment of cannabis prices by evaluating the legal prices  for a standardized potency across a variety of markets.  From an overall perspective, prices edged up this week by 1.4% to $1846 per pound, with most reported transactions between $1600 and $2300 per pound.  The report stated that outdoor prices averaged $1530, while greenhouse and indoor were $1900 and $2193, respectively.

Regionally, California rose 1% to $1552, while Colorado fell 11% to $1910.  Oregon fell 1.5% to $1898 per pound, while Washington dropped 9% to $1689.  The report details Michigan as well as several regional observations, and it also shares a model that predicts forward prices.
