Amercanex Announces New Leadership
Names Richard Schaeffer Chairman and Gordon Rutledge Vice Chairman, David Greenberg Chairman Advisory Board, Welcomes Thomas Ross

GreenTree International, Inc., the parent company of Amercanex, announced today that Richard Schaeffer was named Chairman and Gordon Rutledge was named Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (BOD). David Greenberg will become Chairman of the Board of Advisors. Thomas Ross will also join Amercanex as a member of the GreenTree BOD.
Mr. Ross is an energy trading professional and the former head of trading at BP North America. With over 30 years of experience in trading and risk management, his career spans London, New York and Chicago. Since 2009, he has been the owner of Carradale Partners LLC, an energy consulting firm.
Previously, Mr. Ross oversaw BP’s North American crude and product trading operations. He is a director and chairman of the compensation committee of Liquid Holdings Group, a financial services software provider. Mr. Ross served as a member of the ICE Board of Directors and the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) Advisory Committee.
