We have written about Brian Yauger of Tetratrak before, but Fox Sports has shared details of his story that remind us all of how quickly someone can capitalize on cannabis. Yauger is a former college football coach who is now providing data analytics for the cannabis industry in Washington with Tetratrak’s Front Runner.
Author Bruce Feldman shares a lot of his background as a college football player briefly at Texas State and then NAIA Hardin-Simmons followed by a career as a coach that didn’t exactly pay the bills. He was operating a construction company in his hometown, Austin, TX, in early 2014 when a friend of his convinced him to help run a cannabis business in Seattle.
Later that year, the business folded, but this opened the door to his analytics company, which he launched with his small severance pay. Tetratrak was cash flow positive within six months. Interesting tidbit: He is backed by Shmuel Tennenhaus, who is an advisor to MassRoots (OTC: MSRT) and who cashed out when Big Fish Games was sold in 2014.
