Zach Marburger, an Indiana native, is returning to the Midwest after spending a year and a half in Denver developing technology companies Cannabuild and Whaxy as he was highly involved in the Colorado cannabis technology industry. He takes on a new role of organizer of Meetup group Canna Tech in Chicago while also serving as CIO of Cresco Labs, which holds three cultivation licenses in Illinois. His first event will be in early December at 1871, which is the home to three other Chicago-based cannabis technology companies.
