STRIP DISTRICT MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARY OPENS WITH EXPANSIVE LINE OF PHARMACEUTICAL-GRADE MEDICAL MARIJUANA PRODUCTS
(Pittsburgh, PA) – Local community leaders, patients and stakeholders welcomed the CY+ Medical Marijuana Dispensary today at as they officially opened for business in the Pittsburgh Strip District as part of the Pennsylvania Medical Marijuana Program.
Offering technology-driven patient consultations and a selection of over 100 different medical marijuana products, CY+ will focus on educating patients about the use of medical marijuana, the available products and the process of obtaining a state-issued patient card. At the ceremonial ribbon cutting outside their modern dispensary, co-founder Trent Hartley spoke about eliminating the traditional stigma associated with marijuana and creating a familiar “pharmacy-like” atmosphere for their patients.
We want to get rid of the stigma associated with marijuana as we see people from all age groups and demographics getting cards and using it as medicine. We have created an atmosphere that is inviting, familiar and approachable for our patients and want it to feel like it would feel getting medicine at the local pharmacy.

The welcoming dispensary features private, one-on-one consultations where patients can feel comfortable discussing their condition or symptoms and explore the appropriate medical marijuana product. CY+ features a streamlined design with elemental finishes, calming colors, hand-carved patient consultation tables, exposed ceiling and natural light. They carry a complete line of pharmaceutical-grade, dose regulated pills, oils, topical forms (including gels, creams and ointments), vape pens, tinctures and liquids.
CY+ is located in the Strip District of Pittsburgh making it easily accessible to downtown or by public transportation. They will be open to card-carrying medical marijuana patients daily from 10 AM – 6 PM (closed Mondays).
Cresco Yeltrah was awarded two permits in the state’s very rigorous application process and operates a grow and manufacturing facility in Brookville and CY+ dispensaries in Butler, Pittsburgh Strip District, and a third location soon to be announced.
