SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Eaze, the leading on-demand medical marijuana technology company, today announced the release of EazeMD iOS and Android apps. EazeMD is the first of its kind approved in both the iTunes and Google Play stores. Expanding on a successful EazeMD launch in June, the new native applications now provide a seamless and beautiful mobile experience enabling patients to connect to physicians for medical marijuana evaluations via video teleconferencing, for only $30.

Since day one, our core mission has been to provide the easiest, quickest and most professional solution for medical marijuana patients.

Now patients can connect with physicians anytime, anywhere, from the palm of their hand – and have their medication delivered to them almost immediately.

EazeMD is a proprietary mobile technology platform that allows new and renewing patients to connect with independent, board-certified physicians via video teleconferencing for medical marijuana evaluations. Once evaluations are approved, patients can immediately order medication through their mobile devices at www.eazeup.com to be delivered in about 15 minutes. Patients will also receive a hardcopy of their recommendation in the mail for use at any dispensary in California. EazeMD benefits patients and physician clinics alike by eliminating geographic barriers and making unprecedented patient-doctor interactions available.

“Until now, the process of getting a medical marijuana recommendation has been confusing and cumbersome. To date, many clinics are not conveniently located – especially looking ahead at the future market demographic. Many people who would greatly benefit from medical marijuana just would not go through the difficulty. My mom certainly wouldn’t go through the current process,” said McCarty. “With the release of EazeMD native mobile applications, patients can easily get their medical evaluation, anywhere, any time.”

In addition, patients who use Eaze and EazeMD can rest assured that their medical information is protected under the strictest standards, including use of encryption technology. EazeMD is built to be deployable across additional states with legalized medical marijuana, in compliance with applicable laws.

Patients using EazeMD apps can securely connect with physicians, anywhere, from 11am to 7pm, seven days a week. Evaluation fees are set and charged directly by physicians and are typically just $30. EazeMD can be used by any California adult resident. Patients interested in using EazeMD apps can download it from the iTunes or Google Play stores. Physicians interested in working with EazeMD can reach out to doctors@eazeup.com.
