WALSENBURG — City officials are scheduled to finalize a $1.3 million land sale next month with a Denver company that intends to erect greenhouses for marijuana cultivation.
City Council unanimously approved the 550-acre First Ranch Annexation earlier this month and has structured a contract with Marta Holdings of Denver to sell the company 330 acres of land on that annexation at $4,000 an acre.
