Gene R. Kohut of Trust Street Advisors, LLC in his capacity as court-appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of Green Peak Industries, Inc., District Bay, LLC, The District Park, LLC and GPIMD Corp. (collectively, “Skymint”) is conducting an auction for the sale of certain cannabis equipment and/or personal property assets owned by Skymint. Skymint operates a large network of cannabis provisioning centers across Michigan.
An auction for the sale of Skymint’s equipment and personal property assets will commence on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) and will conclude on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). The auction will occur online through Skymint.hibid.com. All parties desiring to participate in the auction must register as a qualified bidder at Skyming.hibid.com on or before the auction close date. All sales are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the auction registration process. This will be an online auction only.
All parties interested in participating in the auction will have an opportunity to inspect the assets for sale during the hours of 1.00 pm through 4:00 pm, (Eastern Time) on October 16 and 17. All assets for sale will be displayed at Skymint’s facility located at 1340 South Waverly Street, Lansing, Michigan 48917. An appointment is not necessary, but a government issued photo I.D. will be required for entry to the facility during the allotted times.
