All assets to be sold at an Article 9 Auction Sale, Friday, March 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM.
MIM Massachusetts Convertible Notes Series III, a series of S Curve, LLC, in its capacity as the Secured Party (the “Secured Party”) of Middlesex Integrative Medicine, Inc. and MIM Management, LLC (together “MIM”) is conducting an article 9 auction sale of its right, title, and interest in all assets of MIM including but not limited to their name, licenses, inventory, fixtures & personal property.
Middlesex Integrative Medicine, Inc. is a vertical cannabis licensee in Massachusetts and currently holds a fully operational cultivation and processing facility in Leominster, MA, as well as a fully operational medical dispensary in Norwood, MA. MIM also holds special permits and a host agreement for a medical and adult-use dispensary in Waltham, MA. All facilities are licensed with the Cannabis Control Commission of Massachusetts.
The all-asset article 9 auction of MIM has been scheduled for March 15, 2024, at 11AM (Eastern Time) via remote online auction. Any and all parties desiring to participate in the auction must meet deposit requirements by March 14, 2024. A complete copy of the notice of sale, bidding procedures and all auction related materials can be obtained by request from the auctioneer’s office.
