Calabasas, CA – January 24, 2018 – The suit filed by FGPQ LLC is without merit, and the Company intends to vigorously defend itself, beginning with compelling FPGP LLC to participate in binding arbitration as required by our agreement with this investor.
In the meantime, PayQwick continues to grow its footprint, with licenses in California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Alaska and Michigan. The Company has strengthened its strategic partnerships with multiple financial institutions and armored car security firms and is expanding its service offerings to customers.
We will not permit this scurrilous lawsuit to affect our operations, goals and reputation.
