Following in the footsteps of the Suquamish Tribe and the Squaxin Island Tribe, the Puyallup Tribe has signed a compact with the State of Washington and will open a cannabis testing lab in Fife. The lab will be located in the same building where the tribe recently opened the Salish Cancer Center, which combines conventional cancer treatment with integrative oncology.
