Whaxy Passes $5MM in Order Volume & 40k Transactions
Legal cannabis software platform is exploding with growth through its core platform offering
CHICAGO, IL (PRWEB) NOVEMBER 17, 2016
Denver and Chicago based startup, Whaxy is excited to announce their retail ordering platform for legal cannabis dispensaries recently surpassed $5 million in order volume and 40,000 transactions, since launching out of beta in May 2016.
The Whaxy platform provides a fully white labeled ordering environment for licensed cannabis businesses that seamlessly connects with the leading cannabis specific point-of-sale systems to provide end-to-end transactional automation. Over the last six months Whaxy has been able to secure contracts with some of the leading businesses in the industry, including Harborside, GreenHouse, Cresco Labs, and many more.
I’m stoked from the response we have gotten to our platform. We’re creating massive time savings and increases in average order volume that we never thought were possible.
Zach Marburger, CEO and Founder of Whaxy
On the heels of a successful retail release, Whaxy has recently launched their wholesale ordering platform out of beta. Cultivators, infused product manufacturers, and extraction processors are able to easily track inventory and streamline sales from a central hub that is connected via API to the rest of their business’ infrastructure.
Marburger elaborated on the new wholesale features, “In testing with three of the largest wholesale operations in the industry, we immediately noticed an overwhelming need for a closed loop sales environment that not only sped up the sales process but also tied in crucial financial, compliance, and fulfillment functions.”
